Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Whether you’re in London or Sydney, we’ll get your fashion to you!
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with reliable tracking. Delivery in 10-15 days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 business days to process your order as we hand-check every item (yes, we personally inspect each bridesmaid dress and mini skirt!) before carefully packing it.
Can I track my order?
Definitely! You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our Exeter boutique. You can follow its journey right to your doorstep!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer 15 days from delivery to return any unworn items with original tags attached. Just email our friendly UK-based team at [email protected] to start your return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. We’ll notify you by email when it’s complete.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we only process returns for refunds. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
