How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request Your Return/Exchange

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Please ensure:

  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are unworn and unwashed
  • Original packaging is included where possible
  • Include your order confirmation or return form

Step 3: Send Your Package

UK Customers: We’ll email you a prepaid return label for free returns.

International Customers: You’ll need to arrange return shipping at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? No problem!

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Items without their original tags
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
