We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends when we’re busy curating new arrivals!).

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Found a dress that doesn’t make your heart skip a beat? No worries darling – our returns process is smoother than our silkiest ruched number!

Return Policy Summary

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Free returns: For our UK customers (we’ll email you a prepaid label!)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request Your Return/Exchange

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you’d like a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Please ensure:

  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are unworn and unwashed
  • Original packaging is included where possible
  • Include your order confirmation or return form

Step 3: Send Your Package

  • UK Customers: We’ll email you a prepaid return label for free returns
  • International Customers: You’ll need to arrange return shipping at your own cost (we recommend using a tracked service)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour of that show-stopping mini or midi? No problem!

  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items marked as “final sale”
  • Items without their original tags
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
